If you thought the “wrong side of the bed” was bad…

Sometimes, it can be difficult to even fall asleep in the first place!

I know how that can be; especially when you need a good night’s sleep after a long stressful day.

In fact, those nights always seem to be the worst for some reason.

It’s like your mind just won’t shut off. You KNOW you need to sleep, and that tomorrow is going to be no fun if you don’t.

Nobody is looking forward to a day of groggy, sleep deprived, foggy-brained tasks.

Recently, I found myself in the same boat.

I went to lie down to sleep, and almost immediately became lost in thought.

Realizing it, I tried to calm and center my thoughts; only for them to return moments later.

That’s the first sign for me of potential issues arising.

Luckily, it’s not a very frequent occurrence. Not because I’m lucky in that sense or anything…

I just have knowledge of things that can help.

I thought, given the situation, it was the perfect opportunity for me to share it with you.

There’s one formula I turn to more than any other when it comes to calming down the mind before bed.

That formula is Bupleurum & Dragon Bone; it’s a classic for Liver Qi stagnation, which has an uprising energy to it and contributes to restlessness and endless thinking at night.

This is especially prevalent between the hours of 11:00 pm and 3:00 am, which according to the TCM organ clock, the Liver energy is most pronounced.

The Bupleurum & Dragon Bone is really amazing at helping to get you into that calm and centered state of mind, and melt away a lot of that stress and tension that keeps those thoughts pouring in.

I’d highly recommend that anybody up late go and try it out.

Obviously, getting enough sleep is important; that’s probably made clear from the sheer number of articles I alone see on the web that discuss it.

That’s all well and good, but sometimes you just can’t.

I just want you to know that there’s always more help available.

Articles on the internet don’t always have the readers’ interests at heart and don’t understand the underlying energetic imbalance contributing to the sleeplessness issue.

It’s my passion to provide help for those in need, and those who feel they’ve exhausted their options.

So if you’re having troubles sleeping due to stress, give Bupleurum & Dragon Bone a chance.

I’m almost certain it can help; if it doesn’t let me know immediately, and together we can figure out a better solution that works for you.

Be well,

Dr. George
